I LOVE THIS FLORIST. My two daughters live in Tuscaloosa and I occasionally send them flowers. On time, fresh and so wonderful when I call. Five STARS !!!!

I purchased an arrangement advertised as Soothing lavender, respectful purple and compassionate pinks are combined beautifully in this basket overflowing with pretty flowers, sincerity and sympathy. A lovely way to share your thoughts and pay tribute to someone special. A profusion of purple, pink and lavender blooms such as roses, carnations, larkspur, matsumoto and monte cassino asters and much more are delivered in a round wicker basket. Instead they delivered the knockoff version of what I ordered that was overflowing in greenery totally different from pictures advertised, very few flowers in a plastic Easter basket! It was not what I purchased! It looked nothing like what was advertised! I had to look at the card to recognize that it was my order. I was embarrassed that it had my name on it because it did not represent my tribute to someone special the way I expected. The owner Felisha called later when she got in because I was unhappy with the order and at first offered 20% discount and stated she chose to use the white funeral basket instead of the wicker basket to make it look bigger. Apparently she gives you what she wants instead of what’s on her website. I told her I w

I’ve used Amy’s for many years for birthday flowers for my daughter. I have never had a bad experience — in fact — the service and product has been exceptional! From ordering from the US to delivery in a small northern island town, I always get 5 star treatment. And what they show is actually what is delivered. I’d never use another NZ florist. Wonderful!!

They did a great job on the funeral arrangement for my best friend’s mom’s funeral! They didn’t have what I ordered due to season changes, so they called to confirm what else they could do and kept the color scheme the same. I also spaced and completely forgot to list the names of who sent them, so they called me again to confirm that and totally saved the day! The arrangement was beautiful and delivered in a timely manner! Thanks!
